Hi, I am Kari Välimaa, and I started at Lautex as the Production and Safety Manager in 1999.

My previous work experience was in the shipbuilding industry, where I held various positions at shipyards.

At Lautex, I have also served as the supervisor of design and procurement before transitioning to sales as a Project Manager and later as the Sales Director. As the Sales Director, I have also been involved in tendering activities in the construction, subcontracting, and maritime sectors.

Lautex has provided a diverse and challenging work environment where it has been good to develop into a responsible leader in various roles.
